Absentia – Anna Starzomska

Photography is a way of expression and a medium through which I can make my visions and ideas come true. My fascination with this field of art began 14 years ago. Initially, I acted only as a photomodel and stylist, but over time I realized that taking photos and their processing gives me the greatest satisfaction. It prompted me to buy my first SLR camera and delve into the subject of photographic art. Since then, I have been constantly developing my skills and investing in new equipment.

More and more colorful ideas for photo shoots resulted in the development of my second love, which is designing and sewing. Many of our sessions are the result of several weeks of preparation – starting from inventing and sewing an outfit, through finding the perfect place in the open air, ending with preparing makeup and styling hair.

During our photoshoots, I am mainly in charge of the technical and organizational aspects. I like to find effective (sometimes unconventional) solutions to unexpected difficulties. I make sure that the photos take place in comfortable conditions. While Ania is responsible for the artistic side of the session, I work on the practical side.
